Artichokes parmesan

For 4 people
5 artichokes
2 lemons
300 g of mozzarella cheese for pizza
Grated parmesan
A bit of flour
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
Clean the artichokes, slice them up into thin slices and put them for a little bit in a bowl with water and lemon juice. Wipe them, put in the flour and fry them a few at a time in a pan with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, wiping them on kitchen paper towel.
In a casserole put the fried artichokes in layers with some salt and parmesan, alternating slices of mozzarella cheese.
End with abundant grated parmesan and bake it in hot owen until cheese melts and becomes crispy and golden.
