Pinzimonio dip

2 big celeries, 1 dl of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt and pepper.
Remove the leaves.
Cut the stalk in 6-7 cm pieces, wash them abundantly in the water, drain them and season them into a boil with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt and pepper.
